Even though faced with some unforeseen issues such as floor beams that needed replacing , the entire process only took 2 days. My new carpet was affordable, looks & feel amazing. The sales man Chris was very honest when helping us find the right carpet and was able to educate us on all the carpet info we needed ( lifetime care, cleaning, etc) he was quite funny too. My husband and I have extremely busy Schedule and the women who schedules appointments was extremely accommodating and flexible when making my appointment. Their installers had over 15 years of experience and were very professional. The owner and design consultant, Chris, helped us pick the best style carpet and color for our home. Donna was wonderful to work with in scheduling our installation, which we had to reschedule once at the last minute. She was very accommodating. Very professional from start to finish! Our laminate floor was completely replaced inside of 7 hours (including the take-up and installation of a new sub-floor) just as Chris had promised. Chris provided top notch service and a quality product. We'd recommend him time and time again.
